Consider bringing your own towels for the beach area, as many sun chairs are missing cushions, making them uncomfortable for longer lounging.

We really enjoyed rooms with outdoor bathrooms.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

Adorable boutique hotel with best and excellent staff. Absolutely perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. It also was walking distance to a park and the national park. Relaxing overall experience;)))

Unique rustic room, but wi-fi was slow.

The venue has quiet setting in Zona Hotelera district just off all other restaurants and hotels and the national park. The room is comfy and impeccable with beautiful decor. The food is outstanding and delicious.

Great location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. Overall it was impeccable and exceptionally nice with the shower in the middle.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with beautiful beach views. The beach bar offered excellent food, and we particularly loved the guacamole and fish tacos. The staff were welcoming and and the beach loungers were comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and not very effective, which made sleeping a little tricky at times.

The beach club area offers inviting sunbeds and a space for a relaxing soak in the sun. Unique design elements inside the rooms create a cozy vibe, with decor infused with local craftsmanship that stands out.

Arrival felt a bit chaotic with check-in at a desk inside a shipping container, and basic queries went unanswered. Rooms lack adequate lighting, especially with saltwater in the taps for the sink and shower. Breakfast was limited with a confusing menu-an avocado toast order ended up being a thin sliver of avocado on stale bread. The pool was drained unexpectedly during breakfast, causing a minor flood, and cushions were generally missing on sun chairs. Noise from nearby parties extended late into the night, and a frustrating reliance on requests for room cleaning and maintenance.

The room was a chic shipping container, totally modernized. Super clean with a glass door that kept bugs out. The outdoor shower was a highlight, and I loved the strong A/C. Felt really cozy overall.

The location is perfect, offering beautiful beachfront access and a peaceful atmosphere. The cabanas and sunbeds are lovely, and the service from the staff is friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the fresh beach club food and morning yoga classes with ocean views.

The dining options could be improved.

The location offers easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, perfect for exploring. The rooftop viewing deck is fantastic. Menu items like crisp salads were good, though dining can be on the pricey side compared to the hotel. Parking across the street costs 200 pesos per night but is convenient. Some may find the air conditioning unit a bit noisy during the night.

The large beachfront room was stunning, offering very nice ocean views and comfy beds. The food was flavorful, though a bit pricey. The only downside was the awkward bathroom situation without a door.

Lovely Stay with Fine Views

Our group enjoyed the unique atmosphere created by the container rooms. The blend of modern design and nature was refreshing. We loved the beachfront access, perfect for sunset views. A tip , ask about local dining options off-site to experience authentic Tulum flavors!

The rooms had a nice decoration and the shower was placed in a cool spot right in the middle. 🚿 the staff here is super friendly and make you feel welcome.
